Mr. HUA Ning assumes officially the tenure of Chinese Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg after presenting his credentials to HRH Grand Duke Henri on 21 September 2022. He was previously the Chinese Ambassador to the Republic of South Sudan.
Mr. HUA Ning joined China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1994, and held different positions as Deputy Director General of the Administration Department, Director of Spokesperson’s Office in the Ministry, and Political Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia and Press Officer of the Chinese Embassy in UK during his diplomatic career. He graduated from the Sichuan University of China with a BA in English Language and Literature, and obtained a MIPP at SAIS of Johns Hopkins University.
