On November 24, 2025, Chinese Ambassador to Luxembourg Hua Ning visited Luxembourg's Minister for Home Affairs, Mr Léon Groden. He briefed on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and introduced China's efforts in adhering to a people-centered approach, combating telecommunications and online fraud and other crimes according to law, and promoting the construction of a safe and secure China. Ambassador Hua expressed China's willingness to strengthen cooperation with Luxembourg within the framework of Interpol to jointly combat transnational crime and safeguard the lives and property of the people.
Minister Groden spoke highly of Luxembourg-China relations and the positive contributions made by the overseas Chinese community in Luxembourg to Luxembourg's economic and social development. He expressed his willingness to strengthen communication and coordination with China to jointly combat all kinds of criminal activities and promote exchanges of experience and practical cooperation in areas such as public security and law enforcement.
